tired of this crappy weather. Wish I was able - I'd load up and run down south for a few weeks. I sure miss being able to do that but with a bed-ridden, quadriplegic wife, all that went down the tube long ago. Maybe I'll do a Sun Dance and appeal to the Great Spirit to bring forth sunshine. HAAA.

My lawn looks like a old growth forrest, if grass could be considered a forest.
yard makes a squishey sound when I walk on it.
Seems the older a person gets the easier it is to be frustrated when things go against ya.
Get that sun-dance going because I gotta start tossing my rotted zincons up onto the roof to control the moss growth.

Hey, congrats on getting your own claim. Me and wifey got one and it's one of the best moves we ever made. Especially being full time RVers, we like to boondock alot and that 14 day limit doesn't apply if you're on your own gold claim(and actively mining).
Have fun dredgin'.That's the way to get the most gold. I'm not able to with my health conditions. Can't anyway in CA where our claim is. We do everything else, though/sluicin', pannin', rocker box, high bankin', even got me one o'them"Rotapan"s from down under. Works good. Oh yeah, and of course, my favorite, nugget shootin' Happy Hunting!
