Stopped in a junk shop to see if they had a shade for a lamp I have.

Didn't fine the shade I wanted but this three tier stand was by the door.It was made around 1800-1840's.It's made of mahogany, ebony, brass, and tortoise shell.I cleaned a corner so you can see the brass rail and inlay work and see the red and black tortoise shell .This stand well have a lot of bling to it when it's done.Talk her down from $25 to $20. Should bring around a $1000 when it's repaired and cleaned up.Enlarge and enjoy,

Killer table, Brandy. I wish my wife would let me grab some of the deals I find at flea markets and junk stores.
