Definitely not Thai Willy. Certainly Chinese or Taiwanese. Looks more like a pendant or charm than a coin. Looks like it once had something connected to it at the top.

Think it is a pendant. Looked at it under a magnifying glass and I can see where something was broken off on the top. Also the outside edge is rough with a ridge running all the way around like they slapped two disks together to make it - but we all know how cheap Chinese junk is. Don't know what kind of metal it is as it is really light. Until I cleaned it up it was black.
