Strange Days on Planet Earth 2 on PBS

This evening, on Netflix, I watched a National Geographic Special entitled 'Strange Days on Planet Earth 2'. Let me tell you my friends, this is one awesome 2-part series that's an eye opener to say the least! This series should be shown in every school, every church, every club, and every organization across the country!!! When I think about the hundreds of thousands of metal detectorist across the country, who pick up the trash as they detect, I'm encouraged by the majority of those in our hobby. When I was able and hopefully will be again one day soon, I walked around the area near my apartment home and always picked up the trash found along the roadway. It wasn't unusual to fill TWO plastic grocery bags full of trash with what I found along the way and I did this at least TWICE each week! If that's happening in my neighborhood, what's happening in yours???

I've got to tell you, our law enforcement organizations aren't writing enough tickets for littering! Period! The $$$ fines should be so steep that people will think twice before throwing anything out the window of their vehicle!

Here's the link to PBS for the information on this incredible video series: Strange Days on Planet Earth 2 Please watch it with your children and please, for the sake of our planet, share it with your friends.

Yes, if each person would clean up after themselves and even their neighbor then our planet Earth would be much cleaner and healthier for humans and animals! I don't why someone cannot reach down and pick up something they dropped or not throw something on the ground or out of their car window that they could save for the nearest trash can! Cleanliness is next to godliness....God created a beautiful planet for us to enjoy and take care of! Amen! Ma Betty
