Strangest underwater find

Here is my strangest underwater find. Its creepier than a cremation tag. The base is filled with lead. I know what it is does anyone else? its about 10" tall

It looks like some sort of voodooey santa ria type fantoozler to call in the spirits!

Well Mud, you hit it. it is the osun god of the santaria relegion. When the person that owns it dies it gets tossed into a body of water. In the home it was suposed to bring good luck UNLESS it ever fell over then it was considered a very bad sign.

Will have to come up with something harder
