BUT...I'm not complaining!!! Hit my honey hole again yesterday and managed 3 more dimes (the merc is in bad shape) and 4 wheaties. This yard just keeps producing. That makes 21 silver and 47 wheaties out of this yard alone. Then I went to a new house, very little yard out front. Found the casino token which is solid and very heavy, would hate carrying hundred of those around, and a Mt. Fuji memory key chain. (3 luggage keys as well) Also found the whatzit. The chain coming out of it is super fine. Not sure what it would be used for. Need to post it seperately.
Will post it in the other section later today also.
Thanks for looking and have a great weekend,
Bunker

Here is the ????

Turns out it is a retractable Key Chain or Watch Fob.

How deep were the dimes? What kind of number did they read? And lastly were they in with any trash? Thanks for the reply.

Harold, thanks for looking. The dimes read 37-38 with just a hit or two at 39. Seems like a solid 38 is an older memorial for me down here. If it has a strong tone it could be a quarter. Most were about 5-7 inches. Some in dark soil, most in sandy dry soil. Did find a bunch of bent nails. I was digging most deep targets even if there was some nulling associated with it. I was kind of curious about what i was hearing. Found a rosie last week between some nulling so I was really trying to find that hidden silver,

Thanks Ken, It was slowing down a bit. Will get harder from here on out. I have pulled 21 silver, 47 wheats, 3 buffs out of that yard. That is just the coins. Love that yard!

Bunker

might be an old microphone... those look like wrapped wires to me lacking insulation ...

Great finds Bunker! Sounds like a good hole for dirt fishing. jl
