Stunning it is. The pipes are very interesting too. Are they clay and eye finds or metal?
We were just south of your border a week ago and saw signs up for restaurants with hiring bonuses of from $750 to $1200 and a lot of places only doing take out because of the worker shortages. Hope that situation resolves sooner rather than later!

That plate looks as good as the repo plate that I found a few years ago.
