[size=large]Looking forward to my annual detecting trip to Jolly Old England again this Summer!:
This silver Florin is one of many coins I detected from there in the past and I'm thrilled at the prospects of finding many more old and interesting coins and relics as well. This time I hope to find those ancient old silver AND GOLD coins

I will be based in the 'Midlands' between Coventry, Leicester, Melton Mowbray and Nottingham general areas. Do any of the Brits that metal detect in those areas have any suggestions as far as good productive areas that are open or I could get permission to detect? Any help and suggestions on areas and settings will be appreciated. I have to reset everything including my brain! to get used to the different coins etc; that they have there! Now all I need is some sunshine and warm temps for the 3 weeks I will be there!!!![/size]
