I can't say enough for SUN RAY's headphone support. I have had my Ray Pro Gold's for around nine or ten years, (even before they were issued serial numbers) because of a possible bad cord and was told to just ship it in and he would get back to me. Within a couple of days I was notified they were done and and all I needed to do was pay the shipping cost back to me.
This is what I call great customer service and I appreciate it. This kind of service makes SUN RAY's headphones more than worth the price. When I buy another set guess where I am going.
