Got out on Sunday for 3 hours.
The silver quarter is 1942D I found that,the two wheats, the 1957 Austrian coin and the heart watch on Sunday AM.
Sunday eve. I found the 1854 LC. Wow I can see the date.
The copper on top was found last Sunday (don't know what it is).
The copper in the middle (the photo was taken before cleaning) is a 1772 king George/Britannnia.
I stopped on my way to work this morning and found this within 10 min. .This is the second one found in this area.I found the last one also within 10 min. of detecting.That one was a 1787 and it was donated to the historical society.

Oh. The ring was found when I found the LC.It's my second Hartford Ins.Co. junior fire marshal ring.
 
Glad you got a couple days swingin' in. That is a sweet Largie. After 35 years....I have only one of those to my credit.
 
Great finds. Large cents are one thing I am almost certain I will never find around here.
 
large cent came from a park near an old school that has been pounded to death.I have been over that same ground many times.That day I slowed way down and listened to every nuance.Worked I guess.HH and best of luck.GR

Good stuff... Like it when you find things right away instead of 5 hours later.... I guess ya better keep it slow and find the rest of the items missed.
 
The LC looks to be in pretty good condition. Nice couple of short hunts with some nice results. Continued Success, Good Luck and HH to you.:detecting:
 
Go back in time and get all the coins as people are dropping them. Then you would have one heck of a collection of mostly XF coins. (Course no one in the future would get any coins because you got them already)
