"Sunday Morning Coming Down." :fisher: F 75 LTD2

Although it is now hot and dry as a bone in the area, fortunately there is one spot we can still hunt and not be afraid of leaving tell tale digging signs. It is not an old spot, but just old enough to have a few silver Rosies, Washington quarters, wheat cents, buffalo nickels and the occasional 40's era Merc.

Shown are 3 silvers I dug this morning along with some clad and 3 wheat cents getting out early and hunting for about three hours. Going into the weekend I also snagged 3 additional silver Rosies and several wheats along with about a dozen toy cars throughout the week dug by both my buddy and I. He also got a couple of silver dimes before he went out of town for the weekend. Digging on the spot actually isn't all that hard, but I non the less, put a nice kiss on Roosevelt's head on one of the dimes.

Haven't taken the 5 x 10 DD coil off now for about two weeks and me ole F 75 LTD2 DST just keep purring along. HH jim tn

Very nice hunt Jim, 3 silvers in one morning is outstanding. My best "all" day hunt is two silvers and most of those hunts are 7 hours plus. Hopefully this week we can get out in these damp conditions and fine us some silver.

Congratulations! Mr Jim great recoveries.

We got a nice shot of rain yesterday, so that should open up a couple of older spots, for a few days , anyway. May even have to start carrying my camera again in case I get a oldie. Take care, HH jim tn
