I went to a sports field where there was a soccer tournament yesterday. This place has a big bleacher section, couple of hot dog stands, etc..swung for freshies, and managed to pick off a few older targets I missed before. Disc5, Sens 55, thresh-5, DE mode, DP tones. 11"dd. F70. This program seems to really work well in trashy locations, effective depth @5" I missed a count, theres an extra Q in that lower row, 101 total coins, a 925 heart, a 25c token from the Blue Chip casino, and a button. 2.5 hrs worth of stabbin' and grabbin'. $10.93 HH

Thanks Terra, its good to be back on the dirt after a grueling summer on the sand. It was "warrior weekend" up here, so just about every sports complex had something going on. Some a guy can hit during the week, and others only on Sundays. Was keeping an eye out for bills, but ot no avail this time, after some of the friday night football games, a fellow can usually find some early, especially if it was a windy night..Mud

That's a ton of digging or just stooping. Lots better then I did this weekend. WTG on the 925. HH jim tn

Mud you is SUPER STABBER! One that collects huge amounts of coins in one park! That is some great detecting.
With the higher negative numbers the targets seem to get narrower and swing should be slowed down. I get the high pip that you speak of but it can be missed if I swing too fast. When I go back the target is there, nice and strong with targets around the good target that I didn't hear in the swing. It seems like the F70 is just looking for the high tone targets with these settings? It could be because I am using the 6" coil. I have this coil on most of the time. Looking forward to more info from anyone working with the F70 and different settings. Like I have been saying for over 2 years the F70 is a really good coin machine.
Thanks and Happy Trails.....Z
