sundays finds...

Hit a couple of old sites this sunday.I wasnt expecting much but hey who knows what will turn up.My first hit was a 1960 silver dime was happy with that find but I was itching to find more.I moved to an old beach site near my home and hit on this.My first indian head and Iam a happy camper with this find.If you look closely you will see its dated 1865!!Now I can scratch this one off my gotta find list..lol

I then walked down the bank and onto the beach then bingo this came out..

I did some research on this relic and its a religious medal of some sorts.It had Pope Leo vii on the rim.Pope Leo XIII claims to hold the place of God on Earth. ... which proclaims
him to be Pontifex Maximus (abbreviated on this relic PONT. MAX.)He was pope from 1878-1903 so I can at least say that this relic is 100 years old.But I cannot find anything about the "Association of St.Agnes".There may have been some sort of medal in the center at one time or another.
