From personal experience I had an early one and darn near gave it away considering what they are going for now..

Performance wise ground coverage is super and expect a good several more inches in depth and surprisingly they pinpoint well...also weigh about the same as a stock Fisher 10.5 but the physical makeup makes them seem easier to swing..

Unfortunately Sunray quit making them which at that time made me think they knew something and the the CZ line was gonzo but I was wrong..

Reason I sold mine no longer hunted large fields and shores and well the stock 8 goes about as deep as I want to dig...
