well i was doing some air testing with a bunch of stuff fo learn the tones and screen. looking for diferences between the silver and clad. using a clad dime, silver dime, clad quarter, silver quarter, and silver half i was experimenting with all four factory presets. to look for any differences in vid/tone they all were close to the same responses. its when i put a silver half, silver quarter, and clad quarter stacked together and passed under the coil. well can anyone tell me what tone/ vid i got ?? if not sure give it a try and post back.

happy hunting

If you were using the factory coin mode you may have got a null or a very broken signal as it will read higher on the screen which there is a small black area disc out. Open that area up and you will get a good signal tone wise and the digital numbers conductivity will be 49-50 if i remember right. 2 coins on top of one another it seems to see with a little problem, but when you put 3 or more it probably will not pick them up or be a broken signal.
