Sure is quiet here on the Safari forum

I was thinking the same thing. The snow is finally gone up here so it's time to get down to business

Good luck Simpson, I have started hitting it hard and loving every minute of it. Does it mean you have the fever if even on working days all you can wait for is your next day off to get back out:spin:

Currently in England:ukflag: and flying home next week! Although I've found a bunch of old English coins swinging my Safari, no gold or silver and nothing earth shattering YET!!!!!!!

I would say being in England and detecting is earth shattering!!!!!!!!!!! It would be nice to see a different sort of digs and coins from a different Country. But I will have to settle for my WA., state digs for now :)

I've been going out but not finding any real treasures. Last weekend went to a site that is now pasture but at one time had a school house & ball field, only found 2 common penny's & a old pocket watch. The watch was nothing special, not silver so was all rotted out. In no way was able to cover the whole area so will go back at some time. I also went to several local parks hitting the kiddie areas found nothing. I didn't post anything since I didn't find any goods, hopefully other members are doing better.
