Surfmaster slim shaft project

Recently designed this shaft for the DF. As usual the behind the elbow mount was troublesome. Mounting 1 thing designed for 1" onto something 1/2 the size can be a real pain.
Every section had to be under 950mm, able to fit into a suitcase, and strong enough to take a pounding...... easy to use and setup.
Its much harder to do than it sounds.
Product wise I think I've got it down now. Took a few prototypes and some feedback though. Financially its a train wreck

After this project, and a few others, I must say the Anderson shafts are actually reasonably priced. Considering eBay and Paypal fees.
All these parts are delrin/polycarbonate/reinforced and custom made. A real treasure chest drainer.
