I have no clue what this is.
 
Howdy afieldsne--

Can you make out all of the letters around the swastika? I can see an I, T, and R but it looks like there is another letter on the bottom.

It really could be just about anything. Before the nazi's came into power the swastika was considered a good luck symbol. In fact it appeared on some older Coke Watch Fobs and even on some Boy Scouts of America tokens etc. Here is an example of why I say it could be anything. Best of luck and ...
