T2 Limited Vs Minelab E-trac

Got out today with my son to an old swimming hole to compare signals, I was using the T2 and my boy had the E-trac. He found the slq and I got the merc. Thanks for looking HH http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=das3L3WiUqc
 
When hunting on snow covered ground ??, Does the signal sound the same as snow free ground ??.Or does the moisture enhance things ??
 
Im an avid T2 user! I love that machine! Great find for your boy! That is so awesome that your boy is into detecting at such a young age! My son is 4 and he always wants to come with me! I cant wait till hes a little older and we will be out every day!! Great video!! What do you think of your T2?

Enjoyed the video very much. Your son impressed me. Well mannered and genuinely interested in detecting. Although, when you said it was 10 degrees, I chuckled, when you said he wanted to leave. Only crazy adults detect in 10 degree weather. Give your boy time, he'll be crazy too. I wish you both many happy & productive years of fun.
 
Great video.Looks like the T2 is doing a pretty good job of holding it's own with the etrac. Keep those videos coming,if you don't freeze first. Dan
