T2 upgrades: Are they still a thing?

I remember people posting several years ago about sending their T2 Classics off to First Texas to be upgraded to include boost mode and other features on the later editions of the T2.

Is that still something that you can do? Has anyone here done that recently? If so, what was the process like? How do you start it?

Sharing in case it's useful to anyone else: I emailed First Texas about this and they said that the upgrade costs $309.

Yup, it was more than I was expecting. For that price, I could almost pick up a whole new T2+/LTD/etc with Boost.
