Taste's like chicken? Cooking a visitor .....

We had a visitor this afternoon. It's hard to tell from these photos but this bad boy is about 3 1/2 feet long ... I'm guessing he might weigh 10 to 15 pounds.

As soon as the perky Nancy catches him (I'm way too slow), I'll skin him out so Nancy can prepare him for the freezer. The first forum friend who visits here will be tested: Chicken or Iguana .... we'll cook, you decide!
