Tax Token

Thats a louisiana token. I find them occasionally, they are usually corroded but sometimes i get a good one.I think they were used till the early 40's or late 30's. ...Hh Rich
 
Just watched some of your vids last night.
Trying to figure out where to go here on northshore.I found this token at a friends house
that was built in the 30s or 40s...has 4 houses and an old store foundation.
 
Hey Wishful, I live in the Houma area and mostly hunt public parks and schools. There is a club on the northshore , I think richard angelico ( the news guy) is the treasurer or something. I forgot the name right off hand but you can google MD clubs in La. , and maybe get it. Its something like Southern Historical Research and Recovery I think? ...HH..Rich
