Technetics Gold!!

Got this today with my Delta 4000. This came in as penny/dime and was about 4 inches deep. Weighed in at 11.1 grams!! Made my day!!

That's a big old chunk of lead.

Nice! / love the Delta, i have found more rings with that detector than any of my others

Hi Prodrigsr, What coil was you using? I have a 4000, and the parks i hunt are so trashy that it gets 2 or more hits at a time with the coil i have. What coils fit the 4000? Thanks Flintstone

This baby came in at penny/dime signal. Go figure. Now I am wondering about all the other penny/dime signals I did not dig up. Was a good 4 inches deep. My first gold with the 4000. did not look at the numerical id , so cannot remember what it was.

I ment gold buddy. I don't know what I was thinking about, maybe relics.

Awesome finds there! That Delta is the best bang for the buck in that price range hands down. I sold mine earlier this summer but I have a Gamma coming on Wednesday. Hard to beat the Teknetics line of MDs. Keep up the good finds, the Delta will take good care of you.

It came in as penny/dime on the vid but did not get a numerical on it. I think the fact that it was deep (4+") is the reason for the discrepancy on the id. I really was expecting a dime or a memorial to show up. Not complaining though, I'll take it.

Thats interesting.
I've noticed that on my detector (another brand name) when it bounces
between penny and dime, 50% of the time it is one or the other but I have
never found anything else with those readings.

When it stays right on penny and does not dieviate, it is usally a junk zinc
penny or something else.
