TECHNICAL ON ETRAC

I dont very often get involved with the technical side of the etrac but could anyone tell me roughly what hz the etrac is working on for the two tone ferrous i am after the high tone figure. i am tone deaf and my ears have got attuned to this great sound and i am just trying to set the deus up to the same sound. i really appreciate your help in this matter THANKS IN ADVANCE

I think you will not get the same sound on Deus like on Etrac, try different settings and different headphones connected directly to control panel or original wireless headphones, like Koss ur 30 which came with etrac. or go to rogers-relics-uk dot com and ask, where is allot Deus users.

been away neb trac playing with the deus but dont you worry i am coming back to you guys with my beloved etrac cos the DEUS IS PANTS

While in England I detected with Richard who had a Deus and loved it!

What does "DEUS IS PANTS" mean?

BASICALLY it means in my opinion it is rubbish that is based on using it out if the box programs the depth is shallow cant go into actual depths as do need to learn more but the ETRAC STILL ROCKS and is the DADDYat depth. anyway how did you go in ENGLAND i will catch up with your posts sometime this week really missed you all and our chats . i can see from some of the posts that the 2tf topic still comes up on a regular basis how do you find it when you hunted in it. anyway just a hi to you all

I also had the same impression you have expressed

I believed the draw for the Deus was due to it being light not good

I know the Deus is French and VERY EXPENSIVE

I assume it would be worth it if it performed better than..lets say...the ET

Deus is more for Europe where coins can be very small and thin its similar to Tecnetick G2 or Fisher Gold bug. But Etrac is more versatile and deeper. For you my US friends Etrac is best, like for me too together with explorer.

it just hasnt got the depth of the etrac but still working with it to try and improve but the depth on the etrac will take some beating
