I bought my Tesoro Tejon, on May 11th. Today I found my first gold ring of 2012. Thank You Tesoro

Sounds like a re-run, I did the same thing but a few month back. Found my gold ring on my second hunt with the Tejon.

The Tejon was one of the best detectors that I have ever had. Wish I would of kept it. It has just the right amount of features, I really liked the pinpoint trigger switch setup and the dual disc's. On my last hunt with it I found two rings. If you get a chance try a 5.75" coil on it, its a great combination.

Congrats D-mac - I got mine about Feb - March, but haven't had time to hunt a lot. Great machine though. The only problem I have is with the sensitivity. I have trouble keeping it down in trashy ground. Then again, that's my fault.

Great machine! I just want to quit bringing up screw caps from twelve inches down...
