Teknetics Eurotek Pro w/small coil

Got my wife a Eurotek Pro recently and I liked it so well that I got one for myself, I got mine with the 8" and the 5" coil. I had about a half hour before dark last night so I took the Eurotek with the 5" coil for a quick try at a near by school. It wasn't the best conditions to hunt the grass was long and it looked like it could rain any second. I have used a 4" and a 5.75" coil on Tesoro detectors a number of times and the 5" coil for the Eurotek seemed more like the Tesoro 4" coil, it is small. It worked very well, I ran the sensitivity at max and it ran nice & calm. I found some clad coins and a boys pin that says Justin and a small paddle lock. I haven't got much time on the little coil (yet) but I do like it, it is very sensitive as I found a few tiny whatyamacallits. I want to give Bart of Big Boys Hobbies a big thanks, I got the Eurotek from him & he as always was great to do business with. I will report more on the ET with the little coil when I get to use it again.

I'm sure you will love the small coil the more you use it. It is great for when the bottle caps are sitting shoulder to shoulder. I went to a site yesterday where I (and lots of others) have been several times with different detectors. One small area in particular is full of bottle caps and pulltabs, but I have found a number of older silver and copper coins there. The ET with the 5" coil did not disappoint...it ferreted out 3 silver sixpences amongst the trash...I went home very happy...had to leave due to the cold and the rain. Good luck with yours, I know it will please you.
