I guarantee if Teknetics would build us a T2, G2+, AND or Omega 8500 that was submersible they would sell a Carp load!! Come on Teknetics PLEASE!!
!!!!!!!!

I would think it would be a limited market for such a machine,a single freq machine is only best suited for freshwater detecting and the AT Pro has captured that market, the F44 is about as near as what they produce as weatherproof machine for river detecting and general use in wet weather but then that is not in the same league performance wise as the machines that you have mentioned.

Basically the investment in producing a waterproof machine is usually alot higher and then you have to look at the specific market space,it all boils down to the cost/reward ratio.

I would think it would be a market for such machine. More and more folks are going in the water these days. As areas are hunted more and more, pickin's are slim. And in the water is where a lot of finds lye that haven't been found. GS

A waterproof T2, maintaining the same overall weight and ergonomic design.... that'd be pretty awesome I would think.

Im no where near the ocean and would love a waterproof G2, everytime it rains or when i decide to venture into the creek with it i freak out. Ive considered buying an AT pro, my buddy has one but i want the speed and ergonomics of my G2. Ive also considered the F44 but it looks wonkey and is not submersible uggghhhhhh i cant for the life of me understand why Teknetics or Fisher haven't made the leap yet.???? :ranting:

Im sorry Teknetics and Fisher I didn't mean to get mad at ya Christmas is a LiL stressful for me being semi poor and all Please forgive me for my BLASPHAMY.... I WILL ALLWAYS LOVE YALL WATER PROOF OR NOT!!! :teknetics: :fisher: + Jimbo = :inlove:
