Curious if anyone has had problems contacting support? I am having issues with a T2 and have left 3 phone messages and 1 email over the past 3 days, and have had no response.
 
That's no good! Make sure you're calling the correct number for warranty service? If so, I would try calling any other numbers I could find for First Texas, You shouldn't have to leave more than one message. Please keep us posted.
 
If you call them at 1-800-413-4131(Teknetics), your call should be answered by a live person. Maybe try 1-800-685-5050 (Fisher)and they can help out. Remember they are in El Paso, Texas and the time zone could be different from yours. I have always been helped by friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff.
 
Give Mike Scott the Pro Products Marketing Manager a call at 915.633.8354 ext. 1605. You may only get his voicemail, but if you leave your name and number, I’m sure you will get a prompt call back.
 
Another good choice if the normal contacts are not responsive is to email Tim Mallory. He’s the VP of Marketing and sales.

I have been contacted by Teknetics this morning and they have agreed to take care of my issue along with upgrade and free shipping. Could not have asked for anything more and am very impressed with their efforts to fix my problem. Thank you everyone for your response to initial post. First Texas / Teknetics gets five stars from me.
