teknetics t2 discontinued

I think what there saying. The standard t-2 is no longer being made. How ever the LTD is still being sold.
 
They have the T2SE (special edition), it comes with two coils the 11" and the 5".
 
They must be getting ready to bring out a new detector. Just guessing about that. But I'm sure they have a ace up there sleeve. Wy discontinue a model with out replacing it with another. Just my two cents. HH
 
What they are basically saying i assume is the original green stem T2 has been discontinued which came out in 2006 i think,whats the point on keeping a machine in stock when the T2SE is the much better selling machine.
