Went back to the same old fairgrounds. found a bunch of clads but then got a solid hit near an old sidewalk in front of the center right building.

initially thought that because the back is blank that it wasn't real, but checking some of the civil war button sites it could be. <img src="/metal/html/confused.gif" border=0 width=15 height=22 alt=":?">

It came out of the ground almost that clean.
The pic was after about 10 sec in an ultrasonic cleaner.
The guys over on the relic forum say that it is the real thing.
