Temp in the low 40s, tide perfect Two Old Friends in My Spot!!

Too bad I have commitments today, because the water is prime for hunting. I just stopped by the beach and found two old friends out there investigating what the winter winds and tides have uncovered.

I would have jumped right in, but as Momma says, "Do those things you have to do and then you are free to do what you want to do!" One of these friends has been an avid Infinium user since last year and the other has just bought a new LS. He has had to send it back twice now and hasn't even been able to use it yet.

The fellow is in my book the most productive ring finder of all time and is fast becoming disheartened with the LS situation. What's up with that Garrett? I had to return mine too as a new unit. I'm regularly reading of others having to do the same. It's a great machine and I would,t trade it for a truckload of some others I know, but buying a new machine and having to wait until I can get a "Good One!" sucks! Ask any of my fellow hunters that have been there.

Check it out Charles!

Weird they are having troubles with a new unit...mine is quite nice and havent had problems with it (knock on wood). It just purrs along and I have taken it to some rough areas in California. It is a great machine.

Got an E-mail from the hunters the next day.

The one using the LS cleaned out some odds and ends for me so I won't have to do it later and his running mate running an Excaliber did the same.

He was not happy about having to wait for his LS, but felt better after taking home a nice 14K wedding band!

He was in "my spot" and now there is one less for me!

Good going Rick!
