Tesoro 7" Round Widescan on Golden?

Woodchuck

New member
Has anybody used this coil on their Golden yet? I like the 7 inch coil size as a all round coil size.

I have a Troy Shadow super 7 coil on my Golden. It seems to be the perfect size for my hunting. It gets good depth and separation. I would really like to try a 7 DD coil on the golden. I think that would offer better performance seeing we can't manually ground balance.

:cool:I have both coils for mine and they both work very well. The concentric pinpoints a little better than the widescan, but the widescan works better in areas of high mineralization. Hope this helps.:beers:

Widescans often don't discriminate quite as well, but should be a plus in mineralization, at least in theory.
