Hmm, does that mean when we call we won't get the lady that I refer to as the nice lady, it will be you instead. Oh well I guess you are okallcav said:Hey Ken,
To be very honest with you, I no longer have anything to do with marketing. I am just the Tech you get when you call and I go to the shows and rep. Tesoro. I can not even guess when it will come out. I am not in those meetings anymore.
Right now, I believe the new catalog is the priority then they will get to the MDI.

. In all seriousness about every time that I have called for one reason or another I have got the same lady and I have always enjoyed talking with her she seems like a great person.slingshot, I use Sumatra PDF its free and works great, I like it better than the Adobe reader. Give it a try http://blog.kowalczyk.info/software/sumatrapdf/free-pdf-reader.htmlslingshot said:Since we're on the subject, I can't get my MDI to download-always errors in the download. Do I need to try to update Adobe? Thanks.
A pdf file is a pdf file, any pdf reader will read the file. I downloaded the Tesoro MDI and it worked just as many other pdf files I have downloaded and saved. Tesoro saying they only use Adobe is like saying that Tesoro says you can only use a Duracell battery in your Compadre, as long as the battery is a 9 volt and is an alkaline it will work just fine.slingshot said:The Tesoro site says it only uses Adobe.![]()
