Looks like the site is still down.
I would seriously think about using a third-party for DNS servers as well as hosting.
I have close to 100 sites running off a bluehost cpanel business account - never a hiccup.

The Tessoro is a pretty modest site with no special needs - seems over kill to be running your own server/DNS for that site.
