Okay...we recently saw a scorching review of Tesoro service and now it's time to tell a real and typical story of how the wheels normally turn.
Sent my Tejon and two coils back for repair. About three weeks later it was in my hands with broken wires repaired, new speaker, headphone jack, and toggle switch. One coil had a crack repaired and the other had to be re-tuned. (5.75 widescan cracked and 5.75 concentric re-tuned, they also sent me two new coil covers)
Got a nice note from Rusty and all through the process Robert was right on top of it...as a matter of fact the day they received my Tejon they started to work on it!
Only cost me $40 for $200 worth of repairs...(and I think that was a great deal especially since I had abused the unit)
Made in America...lifetime warranty...Need I say more?
