I read a post yesterday and it mentioned the Tesoro shake. I have been racking my Pea Brain:confused: Just can't remember what or how to perform the little trick:stars: Can anybody give me an idea how this is done??????

Thanks for the information!

A gold ring is many times the weight of a tab ot piece of foil and sure a key or lead sinker might fool you but in pinpoint mode especially with old Tesoro's a gold ring will definetly hold the tone longer and usually just hit harder and sound different in disc. mode. Takes a trained ear and surely not infallible but can cut down the odds to dig or not..Do some experimenting and perhaps what I am talking about will sink in..Believe me tried it with many units but older tesoro units excell in this aspect...and Tesoro's do like gold rings....
