Tesoro Vaquaro

Im new to Tesoro . Have a Vaquaro Discrimination dial on iron just off of all metal.Coil abt 6"abv. penny,I can raise it to 8" with same result. Im getting a solid hit on a 1980 penny is that normal?Sensitivity all the way up, ground balanced neutral.thanks

I dug a penny at 11" with my V super tuned. Not sure if you asking about depth or discriminating but the vaquero is great at both.

yes that is normal. no change in volume of tone.if you turn disc knob up. i find pennies will disc out about 3 o'clock position.if you have not already seen them. there are good videos on youtube by 53 silver about using the vaquero.have had mine 3 months now. great machine.

sounds right to me , and i hit a dime in my dirt at 8" deep did not try it deeper I was a bit negative on ground balance and threshold @ 2
