Testing my avitar, savvy? Gotta be smarter than what you're working with, sometimes I just don't qualify!

The picture needs to be 100 x 100 or smaller. That's pretty damn small. You need to use an image editor and resize the pic you want to use to be 100 x 100 pixels or less.

This one is 77 x 98, to give you an idea

Yup, that's one I use too. I pretty much use PhotoStudio 5.5 for most of my stuff because I like to do some cropping, sharpening, etc. but for simple resizing you can't beat the Powertoy Image Resizer. We have it on 1000 machines at work, part of the standard software suite. SO easy to use...
