SO MUCH good advice from y'all, regarding Las Vegas..............Marcia and I are renting a vehicle next year in summer of 2014,and we are going to drive from Michigan, thru all the Western states......Actually,IF we went thru Vegas,we would keep right on going........SO MUCH MORE TO SEE,regarding the U.S.:Custer's Battlefield in Montana,Grand Canyon in Az,Utah,Idaho,Okalhoma,Colorado, and YES,even California!!!I have always wanted to visit Death Valley in Cal.,see the deserts, the wagon trails made by the pioneers, which are still visible...............They can keep the casinos,AMERICAN HISTORY,is what I'm after!!!Again, thanks for the input,Steve........

You are welcome, wgSteve and may your journey together be safe and blessed of God! If and when you ever do go through Las Vegas, you will find everyone drives very fast to keep from running over each other! My daughter, Susan, and son-in-law, Bill, drove through and didn't like how fast the traffic was going and couldn't hardly stay out of others' way without speeding---Susan didn't like it at all! They go West on their vacations and love the scenery and the beauty of God and nature! Have fun and enjoy! Yellowstone, the Grand Canyon, the Tetons and Rocky Mts are fantastic to see with your own eyes!  Ma
