I just want to say a big thank you for the Christmas gift that you sent. Who cares if I can't plug batteries into it. I'm halfway through reading the book. I've been reading it while in Sydney. Also, a big thank you for the coins and the slip sheets and binder. I've only ever found a couple of zinc pennies and a US 5 cent piece. I think that you call them nickels. The walking liberty is truly a beautiful coin! It one thing to see pictures posted on the forum but quite another to see it in the flesh. The Spokane token will always remind me of you. Does the D on the one cent piece mean that it's a Denver minted coin?
You are very naughty indeed!:nono: but I truly appreciate what you have sent. I should have sent on a set of our currency myself. I have in the last couple of years, but thought better of it this year. Perhaps next time, as it creates a connection to what is found on this side of the pond.
All the best in the new year.
Mick Evans.
