My daughter and family made it safely to new york. she called me yesterday from jersey to let me know about the plane ride...she said it was awesome. they are in a beach house about a block away from the beach where they will be spending most of the vacation. then off to the city to see the sights. she is looking forward to seeing the Statue of Liberty the most. so all in all good times are being had. thanks for the prayers and please continue to pray for a safe vacation and trip home. thanks....

Glad they arrived safely and are having a good time! Don't you wish you were near that beach, too, to see what you could find MD'ing? 
Will also pray for their safe return! May God protect them with His protective hedge, loving arms and guardian angels around them and give mom peace, so when she's a grandma she wont have wrinkles! Amen!

im doing better then at first. she calls me every other day to let me know what they are doing. i am glad she got to go . almost didnt happen. she decided not to go at first so her ticket was cancelled. then at the last minute she wanted to go so i had to buy another ticket. but the plane was all booked. it wasnt till friday they had one cancellation which allowed her to go on sat with her cousins, uncle and his wife.
