Thank you Tesoro for sending me the headphone jack nut that I needed, thank you Hombre (Randy) for the extension cable, and thank you Barry L for the 8" coil. I soldered the female part of the extension that Hombre/Randy gave me to my Compadre and soldered a male end on each of my coils (5.75" and the 8"). Thanks so much to you all, I couldn't of done it without you.

How does it work for you? I am thinking of converting mine. I got it used so I wont be hurting the warranty. I have all the coils from my outlaw and a CS coil. I would love to see a Compadere with a clean sweep. Have you noticed a need to change the GB for different coils? Also thinking of taking all the internal pots and making them external so I can adjust it for each coil.
