Felix does repairs and Sylvia in customer service does parts and customer service. Try Sylvia at 1800-685-5050

Thanks Mike. The camlock was supposed to be included as part of a $140 RMA repair. I called Sylvia, and she's shipping one out tomorrow (not sure what was up with Felix :confused:).
 
Yeah Felix is an alright dude. Fisher is making great strides at customer service.
