I love mine but I only hunt relics and I also liked the Gold bug I had. What I like about the 19. Good depth, fast response and no high tone false so far from nails on edge or ground minerals. Its either dig or no dig depending on you V break.

Faster response in iron. Stock coil is idea for the detector. V break, notch and disc can be used together. Love the back light with its reddish tint. Large iron responds with a vco / iron tone. I love it. Cool camo factor. Big improvement?????? Depends. More features. Very sensitive to tiny targets. Just my 2 cents. And 2 cents buys you not a dam thing. But 799.00 sure does.
