the dark side to my new job......:unsure:

Last night,all the guys I work with found out where Im going for my new job at work.There is one in particular;that has always had a surly disposition,and he was particularly bent out of shape;being the fact that "I stole his job" that he wanted-Never mind the fact that I have got 7 years of seniority over him,in the case of job placement;seniority rules-its nothing personal....SO:There was the usual "Ive stabbed him in the back"nonsense;then he said something that sounded like"YA BETTER LOOK YOUR TRUCK OVER REAL GOOD WHEN WE LEAVE FROM NOW ON"...Now,threatening to mess with a man's truck is equivalent ;to me,to takin another man's wife-STRICTLY VERBOTEN-and I took him seriously...SO I had a little talk with security,told them there was a certain someone on 2nd shift-Didnt name him-that threatened to do something to my truck,cause I took the job he wanted-AND if anybody is seen messing with it;I want the police called;and I will see to it he is terminated.Security said.....I actually prayed last night before quitting time the LORD would see to it nobody would do something to cause them to lose their job.GOOD news is,nothing was done-He has kids;and I wouldnt want them suffering because something their Dad did at work.He did lighten up some time later;so MAYBE Im just being too cautious?MAYBE-BUT Id rather be safe than sorry........

The best thing to do is to pray for him. But remember this, The truck will stay here on earth, his soul will not.

Jobs aren't always on the good side.....sometimes we have to take the bad with the good, but prayer works and God takes care of all problems in His own way! Don't lower yourself to this man's level...be a light shining in the darkness for him and others! Nothing wrong in being safe instead of sorry.....lots of meaness in this old sinful world! God Bless! warthog ...... doesn't sound like the fellow at your workplace wants to hear the truth regarding the job anymore than he would want to hear The Truth about the saving grace of the Lord Jesus Christ. Prayers going out for all of you especially his kids ...... wouldn't want harm to come to them over his anger and frustration about the job scene.

Lord, give them all your Peace this day and protect this man's children. Watch over warthog in the days ahead and surround him with your angels. Amen .......
