The DetectorPro Gray Ghost DMC, NO plug adapter needed!???

If the DetectorPro Gray Ghost DMC headphones were designed for the CTX, when the headphones are plugged directly into the CTX the speaker within the CTX will become silent. The sound will then only be produced from the headphones, not both the speaker and the headphones. The way the CTX headphone module on the CTX is wired, most aftermarket headphones do not "turn off" the built in speaker in the CTX when the headphones are plugged into the CTX. As a result, both the speaker and headphones produce sound at the same time. A short pigtail can be made to go from the headphones to the CTX to remedy that. This situation is ONLY when the headphones are plugged directly into the CTX. When the headphones are plugged into the Wireless WM10 module everything works fine.......HH
