I know the Excal is made for beach and water hunting. But how does it do on dry land for say relic hunting? Has anyone out there tryed it? Aloha Danny

Just my opinion..I think it would be ruff...to many tones...or you could go Almetal {PP} and just dig everything....Tried it once with the SE, DFX and the 800 excal..just to many targets for the excal, and the excal is a bit slow on it's recover from the null of iron..One of the best water detectors, but with the se & dfx..they give you more information on what is under your coil.....If you give it a try...let us know how it worked for you..........always good to have different experiences......Obn
