The Fisher F75SE :fisher: Was Smokin Hot Today :detecting:

I got up real early this morning and headed out to a old park to see if I could find some silver and gold. I had the F75SE hooked up to the 11 inch DD coil, 4H tones, Boost Mode, sensitivity set at 85 and ground balanced at 72. I ended up with a 1900 Barber Dime, a 1916 Barber Dime, a Standing Liberty Quarter, some kind of really old pendant, a bullet, a few unknowns and a bunch of Wheat Pennies (1951, 1919, 1953, 19??, 1950, 1944). It was a glorious day even though I got mud all over myself.:)

If the coinage is there..The F75 will find it....

Wow, great finds!!! Sure wish I had a park like that anywhere near me. So far this year, the only silver I've been able to find is a roosie that didn't go through a Coinstar machine.

Tabman, Nice bunch of coins , I guess the bulk of the silver is in Tennessee

Thanks. I heard that most of the old silver coins are on the east coast. That make sense to me, since it has been occupied longer.

We work hard around here to find old silver coins. There more dry run days than there are days like this.

The ground always seems to light up with good silver signals after a big rain. For some strange reason, I seem to do my best detecting in the early morning hours.

Maybe it's because the EMI seems to be less early in the day.

I'm taking a day off, all that walking, swinging and digging wears me down after awhile.

I may have to turn the sensitivity down some, because the F75SE has been hitting silver coins so hard that it has knocked the mint date off of some of them. :)

Tabman, Just kidding with you . Between you and Jim tn it seems that all the silver must settle in Tennessee . I am sure that you gentleman do work hard for it! I search farm fields here in N E PA. I do not find much silver because of where I hunt but every now and then I step into some good Stuff. Happy Hunting Ezra.

Gunnar I sure wish you could detect where I'm detecting, because you would be digging bunches of silver coins. I'm just lucky have some good places to detect.
