the high cost of mowing lawns??This is WAY over the top....

...Me and the wife are up in West Branch this weekend(My wifes birthday was yesterday-(NO IM NOT gonna tell how old she is)-We were lookin at cheap push mowers for trimming around trees,fence lines,etc...found a dandy one for $129.00;just the basic pusher....We went to Home Depot up here;they had a Honda push mower-NOT self-propelled,I dont think-the price was$629.00NO,thats NOT a misprint....FOR A PUSH MOWER???:angry:..Across the way at Wal-Marts;they had a small riding mower for $935-I guess people will pay thru the nose for the NAME;I guess-Kinda reminds me of a certain 2-wheeled vehicle made in Milwaukee(I gotta admit,those bikes they build ARE VERY EASY on the eyes);but quite pricey-But THAT MUCH MONEY just to mow the lawn???:angry:

New push mowers can be as low as $100 depending on HP and cutting width. Thing about riding mowers is that some of them have 15 to 25 HP. Treat them right and you can make your money back on them before they die.

$629 for a push mower???!! Now that's expensive. It better have cup holders, canopy, and a built in MP3 player.

May be just as cheap to hire someone that uses their mower and gas to mow your lawn for you! Remember, don't over do and hurt your shoulder again! Hope all goes well and, yes, whatever is bought today is expensive compared to what it was even 5 to 10 years ago! Difficult for Social Sercurity people to live unless we have Jesus Who protects and provides for His own! God Bless! Betty
