I got the new 950 coil yesterday from whites and the new rechargeable battery. I let the battery charge overnite and this morning I went out to the public park with sports fields. This area has a spring and has been used from the first pioneers to the present day. I used my custom program which is basically the coin and jewlery program with a few tweaks that I prefer. It was cold and windy about 40 degrees with a strong wind blowing. The xlt had the perfect thresh hold (angry bee) I picked up two quarters, a dime , a nickle and some pennies in about 30 minutes. My pinpointer was intermittent but its a 5 year old whites bullseye and time to replace it I think. I do know I am going to edit +95 , it pops up to often because the machine cant figure out the target to assign it a vdi number. I will try the area again after I get a new pinpointer. I am lost with out it.
